Join FERC (Family Education and Resource Center) for their Caregiver Support Group.
Families/caregivers of those who have loved ones with mental health challenges in Alameda County are invited to join the support group to share experiences. The group currently meets on Zoom. For questions, email bettye@mhaac.org.

Make a wreath with Dublin Library.
Kids are invited to join us in making a folded paper heart wreath for Valentine's Day. Craft is suitable for ages 5+, but younger children may need an adult helper. All supplies will be provided.

A variety of board games, including checkers, Candyland, Uno, Connect Four, and many more. Friendly teen volunteers will be available to teach you a new game, or to join in the fun if you need an extra player.

Help Me Grow Alameda County is a no-cost information and referral helpline for the babies you love. We can help you find a playgroup, find out when your child will start walking (or stop crying!) or help you prepare your child for school. Help Me Grow can answer the questions parents have about their kids ages birth to 5. No question too big or too small.
