Groceries available at no cost throught The Marketplace.
Tri-City Volunteers Food Bank offers local families access to a variety of healthy foods including fresh produce, whole grains, dairy, and more. The Marketplace allows visitors to choose items based on their needs, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

Oakland – BANANAS Playgroups
BANANAS hosts weekly playgroups with creative activities and community connection for young children.
Children ages 0-5 and their caregivers can explore art, music, and hands-on play while building connections with other families and accessing helpful resources. The session includes a light snack with optional registration encouraged.

Fremont - Kids Yoga and Movement

Join Fremont Library for kids yoga and movement.
Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. Dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel. This is a free ticketed event with limited capacity. Tickets will be handed over at the Children's Service Desk 15 minutes prior to the start of the program.
