Coyote Hills Regional Park invites families to meet some of the slimy critters that come out to play. 

Park staff will guide families as they observe slugs and salamanders, explore how slime helps animals survive, and make slime to take home. The program is designed for all ages, with parent participation required, and parking fees may apply where charged.

The two-day street festival features live cultural performances, traditional lion dances, and interactive activities for all ages. Families can browse dozens of local vendor booths offering unique art, delicious food, and holiday decorations to welcome the Year of the Horse.

The Cal VSA Lion Dance team from UC Berkeley will perform a traditional blend of martial arts, acrobatics, and dance starting promptly at 1PM. Families can observe the traditionally-crafted lions and learn about the history of this performance art in a festive community setting.
