Fremont - Math Science Nucleus: Rocking and Rolling in Fremont
Learn how earthquakes shape Fremont and why the ground moves beneath us.
Families are invited to take a video walk through Fremont that highlights where the Hayward Fault is splitting the city and how the 1868 earthquake uplifted parts of the region still visible today. Children of all ages can explore four hands-on activities to learn why earthquakes occur in the Bay Area.
