Fremont - Tiny Tots Yoga Time
Calling all toddlers and preschoolers for a gentle and fun yoga session at the Fremont Main Library!
Caregivers and little ones (ages 2-5) are invited to enjoy instructor-led yoga that promotes better sleep, mood, and emotional regulation in a caring, welcoming setting. Tickets are free and distributed at the Children’s Service Desk 15 minutes before the event begins.
