Fremont - Storytime with AAC
Fremont Library is offering families a shared reading program that supports children using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. Families and children ages 7 and under are invited to enjoy a special story and language session designed for emergent communicators. Parents and caregivers will learn how to use assistive communication tools while everyone enjoys stories, songs, and connection time together. Fremont - Funday Family Board Games
The Fremont Library is inviting families to enjoy a fun afternoon of classic and modern board games. Children and caregivers can play games like Candyland, Clue, Monopoly, and Sorry, with friendly teen volunteers available to teach new games or join in when another player is needed. This drop-in program offers a relaxed and playful way for families to connect and enjoy time together. Fremont – What’s in the Water?
East Bay Regional Park District is inviting families to explore wetlands and the animals that live in and around the water. Park staff will guide families as they collect water samples, examine aquatic insects under a microscope, and observe wetland wildlife using binoculars.
