Fremont –Tiny Tots Yoga Time

It's yoga time at Fremont Library.
Practicing Yoga helps kids to sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. This instructor led program will take the kids and their caregivers through gentle yoga poses. Recommended Ages: 2 - 5 years. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel. No prior experience required!
