The food pantry is available to families in the listed cities above. Families can bring home a free bag of groceries.

TVH provides free groceries for families.
Tri-Valley Haven Food Pantry distributes free groceries to low-income Tri-Valley residents.

Individuals experiencing food insecurity can visit the East Oakland Collective’s distribution hub for free, freshly prepared meals from local restaurants and a selection of groceries including produce, meat, and shelf-stable items. Onsite registration is required, and on a first come first served basis. Priority will be given to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and pregnant women.Spanish interpretation will be available.

Help Me Grow Alameda County is a no-cost information and referral helpline for the babies you love. We can help you find a playgroup, find out when your child will start walking (or stop crying!) or help you prepare your child for school. Help Me Grow can answer the questions parents have about their kids ages birth to 5. No question too big or too small.
