We also provide compassionate guidance to help families secure essential public benefits, alongside immediate direct aid like free diaper distribution to ensure the health and comfort of our community's youngest members. Parent-child groups open to the community that prepare both children and families for kindergarten readiness by learning and growing together. Enhanced Care Management (ECM): A specialized Medi-Cal benefit providing comprehensive, community-based care coordination for individuals with complex health and social needs.
