Program Description: Relationship-based early intervention services provided to infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays, and their families. Infant Development Specialists collaborate with care providers in their homes, communities, and/or child care settings to support development and positive relationship development. We also offer play groups and community outings. Participation is voluntary and free of charge to eligible Alameda County residents.
